St Convals remain top after defeating Harmony Row

The game started off very close, with nothing to chose between the two sides, both sides were making plenty of runs into the danger area. 
St Convals started off the brightest side and had no less than five chances to score inside the first fifteen minutes.
A few speedy runs from the Harmony Row strikers had the St Convals defencing worrying at times, struggling to handle their pace.
However, it was St Conval's who took the lead and opened the game up, with a fantastic goal from Brian Hallan.
Shortly afterwards Harmony Row were to equalise, after the speedy strikers runs paid off.

As the second half started both teams were fighting for the edge in the game.
Harmony Row had an excellent chance to go ahead after a great passing move saw their striker hit a shot which was heading straight for the back of the net, however the St Convals goalkeeper Josh Gillies had other ideas and got a hand to the shot, brushing it past the post. It turned out to be a match winning save too.
Five minutes later, St Convals went 2-1 up after a fantastic finish from Connor McGoldrick. 
St Convals keep their unbeaten run up after a hard fought victory against a good Harmony Row side.
