Cumnock Juniors invite clubs to June festival Featured

At Broomfield Playing Fields, Cumnock
 
Dear Club Secretary/Team Manager,
 
Cumnock Juniors Youth FC invites your club to take part in our 2nd Annual Festival, which is a 7 a-side, non competitive festival for participating age groups; being players born in 2003, 2002, 2001 and 2000.
 
The event follows up last year’s hugely successful event which provided the following feedback:
 
"Parents and coaches alike thought that the timing and format of the games was spot on. The fact that the club provided the referees ensured the timetable of matches was adhered to. The documentation, instructions & directions as well were first class" Ian, Ayr Boswell 2002

The intention is to provide an opportunity for players, coaches and visitors to get together and provide an entertaining two days, with the emphasis on kid’s enjoyment and participation in small sided football.
 
The entry fee (non-refundable) is £35 per team and remittance (made payable to “CUMNOCK JUNIORS BOYS CLUB” with the enclosed entry form should be returned no later than 30th April to:

Places are limited due to the volume of teams that have shown an interest, and therefore priority will be given on a first come, first serve basis.
 
Each team will consist of a maximum of 12 players, and each player will receive a festival memento on the day.  Each team will receive full details by e-mail a few weeks before the Festival, and again upon registration on the day. This will include all Fixtures, Kick off times, Rules and parking arrangements.
 
Teams should also be aware that it is their responsibility to obtain permission from the appropriate Association to play within this Festival, and make sure they have suitable live insurance in force at the time of this event.  Also, a qualified first-aider should accompany each team competing in the Festival.
