Kirkliston South Queensferry were away to the current Scottish Cup winners Edina Hibs this weekend, in a game which was always going to be a battle.
Very physical game against a very strong division one side for KSQ.
The first ten minutes saw very few chances, until Edina picked up a loose ball from twenty yards, the resulting shot bounced past C Quate in the KSQ goal, 1-0.
KSQ defended very well as they were chasing the game and searched for a way to get back into the match.
However, five minutes from half time an excellent corner from Edina Hibs was met by an equally as good header, which put the division one side 2-0 up.

As the second half started, a different KSQ side came out, attacking straight from the first whistle and looking to get back into the match.
KSQ managed to win themselves a free kick on the right, which was swung in by L Rohan, up jamp A Bradford to meet the cross with an excellent header which went past the helpless Edina keeper.
It seemed as though Edina were worried after this goal went in, the KSQ midfield were making more space for themselves.
A Bradford of KSQ grabbed his side the equaliser with a fantastic thirty five yard drive, which bet the impressive Edina Hibs keeper, 2-2 and all to play for.
The match was looking as if it would need extra time to determine the victor, however from an Edina free kick, they beat the offside trap and found the back of the KSQ net, restoring the division one side's lead.
It was too late for KSQ now as they couldn't manage a reply and Edina Hibs held on for the victory.
