Bonnyrigg battle for three points

Bonnyrigg were in command from the start and took the lead with a good move down the left hand side with the final cross into the box then superbly headed goal bound by Shaun Martin.

Bonnyrigg continued to press for the second goal which came midway through the first half with another fine header by Euan Casey.  
Bonnyrigg were pressing to get a third when Longniddry had a fine move down their left hand side with a low hard cross delivered from the corner flag to be finished by an advancing forward to make it 2-1 in the last minute of the first half.

The first couple of minutes of the second half Bonnyrigg were reduced to 10 with Calum Smith getting a second yellow for a unfair challenge.
Longniddry could sense a way back into the match and did score an equaliser quickly.
The game could go either way but Bonnyrigg scored the winner with another fine header this time by Calum Barclay.
