New playing opportunity for Moray girls

Moray Girls and Ladies Football Club (now known as Elgin Ladies FC) are trying to support the Development 4v4 format which is following the Scottish FA player pathway for young children participating in football. This will encourage more children to take up the game at an earlier age by providing them with opportunities to play which will in turn increase the number of children associated with and wishing to play for clubs and schools in the Moray area and ultimately this will raise the general playing standards at a later age.

Therefore, we are holding 4 v 4 festivals for Under 11 girls at Elgin High School, Elgin from 23rd January to 27th March 2013 at 6pm-7pm. This is a small cost of £1 per week to cover facility costs and half will be donated to MacMillan Cancer Support.

Hopefully this will provide “solid grounding” with which to promote, improve and develop girls and ladies football and make a positive impact across the Moray area.
