This edition of #WhatsYourStory looks at the Clachnacuddin U14s and U15s, who are both heading out to the Barcelona Easter tournament with Trans World Soccer in March.
Youth Football Scotland caught up with David MacDougal, the coach of the U15s side to find out how his team were looking ahead to the tournament this Easter.
Along with a host of other Scottish teams, the Clachnacuddin boys are ‘looking forward to testing themselves against some of the best teams at their age in Europe’.
The tournament attracts some of the best teams on the continent, with the level of football a major attraction for a lot of teams. But of course, after a harsh Scottish winter in the highlands the boys will be ‘looking forward to the weather’ as well.
The Clachnacuddin boys are the only remaining team in the Highland League from Inverness, but they will be hoping to come home the only Barcelona Easter winners from Inverness!
