 In March 2011 the SYFA confirmed that their attempt to allow full usage of substitutions (the ability to use all five substitutes, NOT rolling subs) at Under 19s & 21s level had failed to get the FIFA backing required to push through ( click here for full story).
The proposal will be made again in March 2012, and if you think no youth player (excluding elite level) should be confined to the bench by regulation, now is the time to give the SYFA's efforts your backing.
