Colin Campbell Sports continue to provide specialist equipment and teamwear for sports teams across the country. With over thirty years of experience, the standard of their service and the quality of their kit remains as high as ever. Hearts of Beath JFC recently used the services of Colin Campbell Sports and their club secretary, Carrie Anne Patterson, spoke to YFS, to share their experience with the company and their delight with their new kit.
Patterson is one of the four club founders for Hearts of Beath in addition to her role as club secretary. The club was established in July 2016 but has already grown at an impressive rate. Patterson said, “We started with approximately forty kids and we are now up to one hundred and thirty kids over eleven teams. We have gone from strength to strength.”
Hearts of Beath FC’s youth teams play their football in the Fife Football Development League. The Cowdenbeath-based side have teams covering all age groups from 2003’s to 2012’s, and are always on the lookout for new players in order to encourage as many youngsters to play football as possible.
The club are also eager to develop their coaches, many of whom are currently undergoing SYFA coaching qualifications to ensure that they are providing the highest standard of coaching to their players. Patterson said, “We were recently awarded our Quality Mark through the SYFA, which is a fantastic achievement for our club which has only been running for seven months.”
However the club are not only striving to attain the highest standards through their coaching. They are also aiming for high standards in their kit and equipment through Colin Campbell Sports. Patterson said, “We have purchased training kits, tracksuit tops and full match kit from Colin Campbell Sports for all of our kids. The service and quality has, so far, been fantastic.”
Colin Campbell Sports have a selection of brands to choose from including their four major brands: Nike, Adidas, Macron and Stanno. Hearts of Beath have opted for Stanno, and are very satisfied with their kit. Patterson said, “The club’s match kits are maroon and white, and our training kit is blue and black with a maroon zip-up top. We have also been featured in the 2017 Stanno Kit book which is published all over Europe. This is another great achievement for the club.” She added, “All in all, what a fantastic seven months!”
It certainly has been, and everyone at YFS wishes Hearts of Beath FC all the best for the rest of the season, and congratulates Colin Campbell Sports on another satisfied club at their outset.
