Celtic striker Aidan Nesbitt has secured a place in the top ten UEFA Youth League goals so far in 2015/16. His strike away to HJK Helsinki puts him alongside the likes of Patrick Roberts of Manchester City and Alex Iwobi of Arsenal.
The Scot’s strike was a moment of brilliance as he flicked the ball over the head of a defender before volleying it into the top left hand corner of the net from the edge of the box. The sheer pace and audacity of the move, combined with his wonderful technique, makes this a fine inclusion on the list.
The young striker has been in fine form for The Bhoys this season and has been a huge factor in them reaching the play-off stage, with four goals from four games in the competition.
They’ll need him to be in such form as well when they host Valencia in a one-off play-off match on either the 9th or 10th of February.
