U13 Paisley Johnstone & DYFL - D3
Huntly Park
The top two from the Paisley, Johnstone & District YFL's third tier went head to head in a game which would go a long way towards deciding the title's destination. A win for Pollok was vital to ensure they were still in contention for top spot.

From the first whistle at Huntly Park both teams were fully charged up. Within 15 minutes Cantera were reduced to ten men, leaving them with an uphill struggle.

Pollok took full advantage and went ahead through an own goal, before Dylan Grahame struck to give the home side a two goal cushion going into the break.

At the start of the second half Cantera pulled one back, cranking up the pressure on the home side. However, with 10 minutes to go Pollok eased the nerves, with Ryan Montgomery scoring to seal a 3-1 victory.

Pollok have one game to play and a win will see them either league champions or in play off games for the league title. Cantera are three points behind with a game in hand, and the third challenger is Glenbrae Colts, who are six points behind with two games in hand.
