St Mirren 8 Port Glasgow BC 19s 2
A poor start allowed St Mirren to take the lead, but a 20 yard strike from Ross Boyland saw the ball hit the back of the net to equalise. St Mirren then went 3-1 up before a scramble in their own box saw the ball fall to the feet of Liam McColgan to finish and get the Port back into the game.
Another quick goal from St Mirren meant they went in at half time 4-2 up, and when Port came back out there seemed to be a bit more fight in them, however the saints took their chances and were rewarded with a penalty also which put them 7-2 up before Port were reduced to 10 men.
Following this Robbie had to come off injured and Paul Johnstone finished the game in goal but not before St Mirren finished another penalty to ensure they took all 3 points.
Referee's MOTM: Paul Johnstone.
