One minute into the second half and it was all but over, Liam Strain making it three on the 36th minute. Aaron Besombi and Aaron Greig scored a goal apiece within a minute of each other to make it five for Palace.
Five minutes later they added a sixth, Jae Scott this time being the one to put the ball in the back of the net as Palace showed their ruthlessness that has served them so well this season.
The scoring was complete on the 59th minute, Dillon McLean being the final scorer to bring an end to a fantastic day in front of goal, with 7 different scorers for Palace.
It was a fantastic day at the office for Palace, who are showing no signs of letting up in their goal scoring exploits which they will be hoping will lead them to the summit of the table. It’s back to the drawing board however for Rangers, who will be looking to move on quickly from this and look elsewhere for their first win.
