Moorlands overcame stubborn resistance from Syngenta to book their third cup final appearance of the season.
The Grangemouth side struck the first blow after just five minutes when a powerful shot from the right hit the net.
Moorlands responded positively and deservedly pulled level on 20 minutes with a strong drive from Aiden McElhinney.
Although the surface was suiting neither side's passing game, Moorlands continued to look the dominant side after the break and it was no real surprise when Michael Clarke headed them into the lead from a corner.
Syngenta showed great resilience however and, as the half wore on, began to push deeper into Moorlands territory.
Eventually their pressure paid off and a corner was headed home to tie the scores at 2-2.
Moorlands effectively clinched the tie during the first half of extra time.
Pacey striker Dean Robertson was the key man, breaking through twice to put his side 4-2 ahead.
With the clock ticking down, Syngenta pulled one back from another corner but their comeback hopes were dashed by Moorlands' Sean Monaghan who rounded off proceedings with his side's fifth goal of the afternoon
Credit is due to both teams for a enjoyable match contested in a sporting manner.
